What Happens in a Virtual Home Staging Session

We connect on a video call. You walk me through your property on camera, room by room, at your own pace. I look at your home with the completely fresh eyes of someone who has never been in it before, exactly as a buyer would.

As we go, I tell you exactly what I’m seeing: what works, what needs to go, what needs to move, and where small changes will make the biggest difference. By the end of the call, you have a clear, prioritised action list to work through before the photographer arrives.

Pricing

£75 for a 30-minute, recorded video call assessment and advice, followed up by a prioritised action list, sent by email afterwards. A free discovery call will give you a more accurate estimate.

The Difference - In-Person v Virtual

Virtual Home Staging is an assessment and action plan, and you implement the changes yourself. In-person Home Staging is where I come to you and do the work. If your property is outside my travel area, or if you’re confident implementing changes independently, virtual is an excellent and cost-effective starting point.
