Clear Spaces, Calm Minds

I help people who are struggling with clutter and chaos in their homes or workspaces, especially those who have tried and failed before, or whose brain makes organising feel harder than it looks. Through hands-on, judgement-free support, I build practical systems based on how your brain actually works, so you can reclaim your space, your headspace, and your sense of self.

No judgement. No shame. No Pinterest home you’re too anxious to live in. Just an environment that functions for the way you actually live.

Is This You?

Does this Sound Familiar?

Order from Chaos is for someone who struggles with the paralysing weight of decision fatigue, not knowing what to keep, what to let go of, or where to begin, and with translating good intentions into practical, lasting systems that fit their actual life rather than an idealised version of it.

It is for someone who is living or working in a space that feels out of control, where the clutter isn’t just physical but is draining their energy, eroding their confidence, and making every day harder than it needs to be, whether that’s someone juggling work and family, someone navigating a major life transition, or a neurodivergent individual whose environment is actively working against how their brain functions.

It is for someone who wants to feel genuinely at home in their own space, calm, clear-headed, and in control, or to work from an environment that supports their focus rather than sabotages it, and to have systems simple enough to actually maintain, long after we’ve packed up and left.

Why My Clients Choose Me

No Judgement, ever.

Jo de Serrano, OBE DUniv

Your home doesn't need to be "ready" for me to visit; I've seen it all before. I've worked with everyone from busy families to neurodivergent individuals managing ADHD or autism. Your chaos is my starting point, not something to apologise for, and I will never judge. We work at your pace, with zero shame.

With an OBE, an Honorary Doctorate, and over two decades coordinating humanitarian emergencies worldwide, I bring a level of systematic thinking to your home that most people have never encountered before. The same skills that helped me restore order in disaster zones are what I use to help you reclaim your space, methodically, compassionately, and for good.

Professional and Trusted

My autism gives me a direct, methodical approach my clients appreciate. My ADHD helps me understand executive function challenges. I've developed innovative organising systems that work for ALL brains, whether you're neurodivergent, neurotypical, or simply can't cope and don't know where to start.

A Few Things People Usually Ask

What does a session actually involve?

It starts with a quick conversation about what's not working and what you want instead. Then I get hands-on, everything comes out, we go through it together, you make every decision, and what stays goes back in with a system that makes sense for how you actually live. Sessions run for a minimum of four hours. Most room-level projects take a full day. I take donations away at the end, so the session finishes with the space done, not with a pile of bags to deal with later.

Will you make me throw things away?

No. Every decision about what to keep or let go is yours. My job is to ask the questions that help you decide, not to tell you what your home should look like or pressure you into getting rid of things you're not ready to release. Nothing leaves without your say-so.

How much does it cost?

Sessions are £45 per hour, with a four-hour minimum. Most clients book a full day (seven hours) for a room-level project. Virtual sessions start from £75. There are no hidden costs, and I take donations away at the end at no extra charge.
