How sessions work (4 or 7 hours at £45/hour)

You choose either a 4-hour or 7-hour session. We'll check in regularly about your energy and adjust our pace accordingly.

In each session:

  • We agree on realistic outcomes (nothing overwhelming)

  • I make the decisions easy ("Keep? Donate? Bin?")

  • We create systems that match YOUR brain (not neurotypical aspirations)

  • We stop before burnout

  • We celebrate progress (even small wins matter)
