Decluttering & Organising in Belgravia & Pimlico
No judgement. Sustainable systems. Calm support.
Transform your Belgravia and Pimlico home from 'I can't cope' to calm
Belgravia and Pimlico sit side by side in SW1, but they serve very different markets. Belgravia is one of the wealthiest postcodes in the world, all stucco-fronted townhouses, private gardens, and properties that have been in families for generations. Pimlico, by contrast, is a little more mixed: grand mansion blocks, Victorian terraced streets, and a population that includes long-term residents, professionals, and people who've inherited or bought into a postcode they'd never leave. In both cases, the properties tend to be lateral, large flats and conversions where the spatial challenge is not a lack of rooms but a lack of obvious storage.
Homes in Belgravia and Pimlico often have belongings accumulated across multiple eras of life, sometimes across generations. Period features mean built-in storage is limited, and the expectation of a calm, well-presented home can make the gap between ideal and reality feel particularly acute.
Order from Chaos provides professional decluttering and organising services in Belgravia and Pimlico, with individual, face-to-face sessions at £45 per hour and virtual sessions available from £75.

Is this right for me?
You might be:
A time-poor professional, retiree or family who wants a calmer home and a smoother daily routine
Overwhelmed by the decisions you need to make on what to keep, where to put it, or what to do first
Living with ADHD/ASD, chronic illness, perimenopause, or burnout and needing a kickstart to get yourself started with decluttering
Preparing for a move, renovation, downsizing, new baby, or simply too tired to do it all yourself

Common Scenarios in Belgravia & Pimlico Homes
Whether you're in Belgravia proper, Pimlico, or the streets around Victoria, the pattern is often similar:
Multi-bedroom townhouses where different floors have developed entirely different systems, or no system at all
Substantial wardrobes containing clothing from multiple eras and occasions that no longer serve your life or your waistline
Study and library spaces full of paperwork, books and collections that need a proper home
Inherited possessions and antiques that need careful thought before any decision is made
Seasonal storage for art, entertaining items, and occasion wear that's never quite where you need it

What A Session Involves
Decluttering is reducing what's in the way. Organising is creating easy systems for what stays.
Most clients need both: we reduce belongings, then set up storage management you can keep up with, without constant effort.
You choose either a four-hour or seven-hour session, at £45 an hour. In a typical session, we agree the outcome for the day, sort into categories, reduce belongings, create storage that matches your habits, and reset the space so it's usable immediately.
No judgement, no pressure, no forcing.

White Glove Move Management
Belgravia and Pimlico attract clients who expect things to be handled well and don't particularly want to be involved in the mechanics of how that happens. That's exactly what this service is built for.
I manage your move end to end, including pre-move visits to both properties, room and space planning for the new home, sourcing and liaison with your removal company, and complete oversight of packing and unpacking. By the time I leave, your home is organised, labelled, and set up for how you actually live. Nothing is left in a pile to be sorted out over the weekend. Nothing is your problem to chase.
If that sounds like what your move needs, a 15-minute discovery call is the place to start. Or find out more on the Home Move Management Page.

Calm from Chaos
My working life before this was different. I spent more than two decades in humanitarian crisis management, work that brought an OBE and an Honorary Doctorate along the way.
I have ASD and ADHD (AuDHD), which is a large part of why I do this job the way I do it: calmly, practically, and without ever making a client feel judged for how a room got the way it did. Find out more on my ADHD friendly or Neurodivergent-friendly services pages. I am also post menopause, so I understand the brain fog and executive function issues that can cause, so my services work for that time of life also.

What clients say
Jo did a FABULOUS job at decluttering my apartment ahead of a move. She managed to do it effectively and thoroughly even while I wasn’t there. Highly recommend her for all kinds of organizing and decluttering. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!!
