You choose either a 4-hour or 7-hour session. In a typical session we:
Have a chat about which space is troubling you most and on which you want to focus
Categorise your belongings so we know exactly how much/many of each category you have
Work through each category systematically to reduce how much/may of each category you will keep
Work out how to store or organise what is left
Implement solutions that work for your brain
Calm, experienced support — without judgement
Before founding Order from Chaos, I spent over two decades in humanitarian emergency management, and I was awarded an OBE and an Honorary Doctorate for this work. I have ASD and ADHD (AuDHD).
