What a Session Involves

Sessions run four or seven hours at forty-five pounds an hour. We start by agreeing what a good outcome looks like for that day, whether that's getting the car back in the garage or finally clearing the loft. From there I work quickly but calmly, keeping decision fatigue in mind, sort belongings into what stays and what goes, and set up storage that matches how you actually use the room.
